Victoria Point offers self-contained flats for two to four students. We have just over 250 beds available in this hall.
We have a variety of rooms avaliable at Victoria Point, including Classic Non En-Suite, Premium Non En-Suite and Premium En-Suite.
The majority of bedrooms come with a small double-sized bed (190x120cm), though we have a small number with double beds.
Each room has a dedicated study space as well as plenty of storage.
Rooms in Victoria Point are a mixture of en-suite and shared bathrooms. En suite bathrooms include a shower cubicle, toilet, sink and mirror.

Why choose Victoria Point?
Flats in Victoria Point include a shared kitchen with a hob, oven, and fridge/freezer and a dining area table for meals. Four bed flats also include a sofa area to socialise with flatmates.
Victoria Point is in a great location, close to the academic campus, lectures and libraries. You'll also be a short walk from Oxford Road/Wilmslow Road and its array of shops, cafes and bars.
Within your hall, you'll enjoy a gym, cinema room and various study spaces. The hall also has laundry facilities, bike storage and 24/7 CCTV.
We lease a portion of the Victoria Point site and students leasing through us will be placed with other students from The University of Manchester.

- 22-minute walk via Oxford Road and Whitworth Park.

- From 6pm to 8am every day, including bank holidays and University closure periods, your ResLife Advisor is there to help you make the most of your time in halls.
