
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Square Gardens offers self-contained flats for three to five students. We have around 600 beds available in this hall.
We have a mixture of bedrooms available in this hall, including Classic En Suite, Classic Plus En Suite, Premium En Suite, Deluxe En Suite and Studio.
Classic, Classic Plus and Premium En Suites come with a small double-sized bed (190x120cm). Deluxe and Studio bedrooms come with a double bed (190x135cm)
Each room has a dedicated study space with a desk, office chair and shelves. Rooms have plenty of storage including a bedside table, wardrobe, and under-bed storage.
En suite bathrooms include a shower cubicle, toilet, sink and mirror.

Why choose Square Gardens?
Flats in Square Gardens include a shared kitchen with an induction hob, oven, and fridge/freezer. There is a dining table for meals and a sofa area to socialise with flatmates.
Within your hall, you'll enjoy a vast array of communal facilities, including study spaces, a gym, a fitness studio, three lounges, a cinema room and an external roof terrace. The hall also has laundry facilities, bike storage and 24/7 CCTV.
Square Gardens is located in Manchester City Centre, close to Oxford Road Station. It is a short walk from the academic campus, lectures and libraries.
We lease a portion of the Square Gardens site. Students leasing through us will be placed with other students from The University of Manchester.
