Burkhardt House offers en suite bedrooms in flats for eight to ten students. It consists of four blocks housing around 100 bedrooms in total.
Bedrooms at Burkhardt include a single bed (190x90cm), wardrobe and shelves. Plus, there's a dedicated study space, perfect for hitting the books or working on projects in the peace of your own room.
Each bedroom includes a en suite bathroom in a wet room style. Bathrooms include a shower, curtain, toilet, sink and mirror.

Why choose Burkhardt House?
Flats include a lounge with a large dining table, perfect for socialising with flatmates. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare your meals. Burkhardt is a self-catered hall, but if you fancy a break from cooking, you can pay extra for catering provided at neighbouring Hulme Hall.
Burkhardt House is located next to Hulme Hall in a fantastic location near lots of shops, cafes and restaurants.
As a Burkhardt resident, you'll also enjoy access to Hulme Hall's onsite bar and study spaces, offering a great place to relax or stay productive without needing to head to campus.
