We are positive about flexible working and our staff undertake a wide range of flexible working arrangements including job shares, part-time, part-time/ term-time, condensed hours and flexi-time. In our Professional Services teams, we are currently piloting hybrid working, where our staff spend some of their time working on our campus and some working time from home.
